Born in Catalonia in 1972, she studied law (did not finish) and performing arts.
Classical theater and start as a voice actress
At the age of 22, she moved to Madrid to study Classical Theater. Her curiosity for exploring other areas led her to the Salvador Arias voice over school where she trained as a voice actress for 4 years.
Work as a radio hostess
She entered the profession as a substitute in the role of Mrs. Puff in the children’s series SpongeBob SquarePants while beginning her career as a radio hostess.
History on the radio
She began regularly collaborating on RADIO for the nightly program ”La otra Noche” hosted by Juanma Ortega on the station 40 principales, broadcast nationwide throughout Spain.
She continued to collaborate when the same program began to be hosted by Jesús Arrebola, doing production work as well.
Gradually and at the same time, she began to enter the world of advertising, recording spots for the station Cadena Ser.
Voice overs for TV programs
She also began working in television, doing voice overs for different programs on the stations CANAL+ (including “Plan B” and “Gente Plus”), ANIMAX (the program “In the Qube”) and ANTENA 3 (the program “Tal cual Exprés”).
TV experience as a voice over artist
She worked as an advertising voice over artist for TV, recording voice overs for national brands like Coca-Cola, Adeslas, Euromillones, Pavofrío, Fundación Atl. Madrid, Lilly, Pullmantur, BMW, Opel, El Corte Inglés, Ikea….
Documentaries for “Archivos” on the station TVE
Given that she has a medium-deep voice, she was recruited by the TVE2 Documentary department to provide voice overs for the documentaries broadcast on their “Archivos” program.
Documentaries for production companies
Through various production companies, she began working on numerous documentaries broadcast on various channels like Odisea, Discovery…
Starting in 2018, she began doing dubbing for reality series on NETFLIX ( “Inside the World’s Toughest Prisons”, “Cooking on high”, “Dark Tourist”…).
Some of her most important work also includes the Catalan voice for Telefónica and Movistar for more than 15 years and numerous corporate videos and e-learning courses for companies like Iberdrola and Gas Natural.
Since 2013, and after receiving special training, she has been working in the field of education, teaching private classes to anyone who would like to not only improve their voice for daily use but also those who would like to use it for therapeutic purposes and as a personal development tool… to find their own “inner sound”.
